Winter League Snow Cancellation Policy

Coaches make this decision together.  Often early games may cancel.  But when the roads clear, we are able to play the remainder of the day.  Please note that we have very little ability to make up games. Cancellation procedure:

1. Coaches call each each other and make the decision to cancel.
2. Home Coach Calls Jim Destout. His number is in the "coaches
corner".
3. Each Coach Calls and emails his/her players.

Please try to give 45 minutes lead time to cancel as a courtesy

League Wide Cancelation Policy

1. You will receive an email from the website

2. A banner stating this will be at the top of this page
