Fox Chapel Area Basketball has a new Website with new programs for registering, sponsorships, donations, and merchandise orders. Please read these instructions carefully before attempting to register.

1.  Signup For Web Account for our site - Click on this button to get a Login Account to the private side (ie: your info) of the site. You will receive an email that has a  link to click to confirm your signup email address.  You must click on the link in the email you receive before you will be able begin using our site.

IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER

You will be able to go back in and see if you successfully registered your players by logging in and checking your private data later.

2.  Login to our site - Type your Username and Password in the spaces just below "Log in Below Here" then click the "Login" button. A message should appear saying "Hi" to your name.  If not, you are not logged in.

3.  Once logged in, look for the "Team Menu" on the left side, you will see a list of choices:  Go through each from top to bottom.

• 1st Add at least one parent (required) in the Parent Profile.  Adult league registrants may skip this step.  Click on the Add button on the top of this page to add your parent profile.
• 2nd Add each player who is registering to play this winter in the Player Profile.  If you are registering multiple children, or registering yourself as an adult league player, then add each player here. Click on the "Add" button on the top of this page to add all players to our database.

• PLEASE NOTE that completing this does not register any players.   It simply gets them in the database.  All Winter League players, including adult players, must complete this step.  Fail to add a player and you won't be able to register and your child will not be listed in the drop down when you get to the registration part of this process.

CONFUSED?  DON'T BE / DON'T STOP. YOU ARE ALMOST THERE!

4.  After entering the (Parent and/or Player) profiles: YOU ARE NOW READY TO REGISTER TO PLAY.

• Click on "Register To Play Basketball"
• Click on the add button at the top of the page
• Fill in the form and select either PayPal or Check for your payment method.
• You can also purchase a Fox Chapel Winter League magnet for your cars, sponsor a team ($150), or make a donation. 
• You will receive an email confirmation and receipt of your registration, purchases and donations. Please mail a copy of that email in with your check if you selected "Payment by Check". Or just click View on the list of your registrations and print.

 5.  Please take a moment to go to Team Sponsor, and/or Donations as well as Merchandise Orders to help support our organization.

DON'T GO YET - PLEASE CHECK YOUR WORK.

6. Click on Check my Registration Status, to see if the person(s) you registered are listed in that table.  If so, congratulations!  You can now click on the far right field - registration table - and see what they are registered for.  If there are any errors, you can go back and edit any info that is incorrect on their form such as requests etc.

If you do not see one of your intended registrants there, then you did not successfully register and must click "ADD" at the top to try again .   If you see your intended registrant's name more than once in that table, you must delete the duplicate registration.  You should see each registrant listed once in this table under Check my Registration Status.

7. If you forgot to sponsor a team, or would still like to purchase a car magnet or make a donation, just click on those sections, click add at the top, and the site will assist you with what you want to do..  You can use PayPal or check for any of them.  You may come back and do these any time before November 15th.
