Who We Are at Fox Chapel Winter League Basketball
Fox Chapel Winter League Basketball (FCWL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization offering community-centered basketball leagues for youth and adults in the Fox Chapel area. Founded as a local feeder program, FCWL has grown into a values-driven league serving almost 1,000 players each season.
We believe basketball is a tool for building character, leadership, and community. Our league is guided by five core values: development, sportsmanship, integrity, community, and excellence. These principles shape how we form teams, run games, and treat one another—on and off the court.
All league operations are led by a volunteer board and volunteer commissioners, ensuring every decision is rooted in service to the players and families we support.
